We LOVE to have fun, but there are some rules.
We ask that you treat our house as you would a friend's home. Ultimately, we'd like you to have fun and enjoy your stay, but we do have permanent renters upstairs and would like to ensure they're happy too.
Plus, we don't want to be 'those' neighbors.
No Parties & Loud Noises
Quiet time:
10:00 pm
No parties. We love to have a good time, but please keep the unruly behavior at the bars. We have neighbors, and they know how to reach us. You may be on a trip, but the neighbors may have to work in the morning. Keep your voices down when outdoors in the evening and don't play loud music. Quiet time is after 10:00 pm. By all means, enjoy yourselves, but please be considerate.
No Pets & No Smoking
No mutts or cigarette butts
We all love our pets! However, we cannot have pets in the house for a variety of reasons. Mostly because we have guests with allergies and people with allergies that regularly stay in the house. Unfortunately, we can't risk someones health for a pet. Speaking of health, please don't smoke indoors. Feel free to do as you please outside, just make sure to leave no trace. Again, we have neighbors and we like them.
Furniture
If you move it, please put it back
Please do not rearrange the entire home. If you need to move a chair or side table, please be our guest, but kindly put it back. PLEASE do not move the beds, not even a few inches. The floor is NOT level and is 120 years old. However, the beds are level and we'd like to keep it that way.
